Upon receiving a faulty item please contact us within 24 hrs with name, address and details of order.
(Please Note loose stitching or buttons aren’t considered as damaged or faulty as can be easily fixed/altered )
Any returnable items need to be sent back in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return postage.
